Shaker Service & Maintenance

Keeping electrodynamic shaker systems running, and bringing new systems online correctly. Unholtz-Dickie factory authorized, OEM parts only.

Electrodynamic shaker systems are precision machines under heavy duty cycles. KCSC keeps them running, restores them when they fail, and brings new systems online so they perform from day one. Unholtz-Dickie factory authorized, brand-new OEM parts only, never aftermarket. KCSC provides on-site shaker service nationwide; for urgent downtime, call 505-349-3645.

How the Work Goes

What a shaker service visit actually covers

A preventative maintenance visit is a structured walk through the whole system, not a quick look. KCSC checks the armature and suspension for wear and alignment, inspects and services the slip table and its bearing film, cleans the amplifier and verifies its performance under load, and services the cooling path: heat exchanger, filters, blower, and airflow. The visit ends with a system health report that says what was found, what was corrected, and what to watch before the next interval.

When a system is down, the work starts with diagnosis rather than parts swapping. KCSC isolates the fault to its source, electrical or mechanical, explains what failed and why, and corrects it with brand-new OEM parts so the repair protects the machine and its performance. Every repair closes with post-repair performance testing, so the system goes back into service verified, not just reassembled.

New systems get the same rigor in the other direction. Commissioning covers a complete inspection and configuration, cooling and safety system verification, performance tuning and baseline testing, and operator training, so the lab starts with a system that performs to spec and a baseline to measure against later. KCSC is Unholtz-Dickie factory authorized; urgent downtime is welcome, and additional costs may apply for expedited response.

Down, or due for service?

From scheduled maintenance to unplanned downtime, KCSC gets your system back to spec and documents the fix with post-repair performance testing.
